- My another favorite during lunch time. The wan tan mee and roti taiwan are strongly recommended.

- Actually this stall of wan tan mee got more than 10 or more choices. They got curry chicken wan tan mee, meats wan tan mee, mushroom wan tan mee and so on.
- During Monday,Wednesday and Friday (If I not mistaken, your can double check with the stall owner). You can add on the crispy fried chicken into the wan tan mee but I feel that the fried chicken is kinda expensive. I also feel that the fried chicken, sometimes was nice and sometimes was not. So, try your luck !!!!

- For those peanut butter lover, you will love this. The bread is quite crispy as well, especially the front and back part.

- This is one of the favorite choices during lunch time. We(me and my colleagues) will visit here for around one or twice per month. Three thing I don’t like about this place: very limited parking, the white curry owner only look friendly during the TV interview and the foods was kinda expensive with a small portion.

- During the ho chiak TV8 program interview, the owner told the host that his soup is make by soya bean. No wonder the soup was so clean and white. Most of my friends like to put the chili to the soup as much as possible. Since most of them are chili lover. I am so so with chili only !!! You can take the chili as much as possible and the chili cost was included in the RM 4 big bowl curry mee !!!! Please fully utilize it for those who can take chili as much as possible……
Hainanese Chicken Rice
- The hainanese chicken rice was nice but the small bowl really super small portion. When you bike the chicken, you will found out the the chicken meat was quite smooth because the chicken are quite oily. Taste nice but you will wondering how high is the cholesterol.
- Lately I found out that quite number of hawkers. They have increase their selling prices from around RM 0.5 to RM 1. While the inflation is keep increasing but our salary was still the same. Cost of living is a bit too high now. I think the DAP state government should do something on this issues.

- I having sore throat for quite sometimes. Before go to movie “The Murderer”, need to having something which is more “light” but end up we having steamboat together and we hope that the hot soup will kill the virus.
. Overall quite satisfy with the fish head soup which lighted up with the charcoal. The waiting times to been served will be a bit longer since this is a traditional steamboat using charcoal. Need more times for the soup to be “ready”.

- A very late celebration for my birthday with my best friends. Actually in term of environment,services and quality of foods. We still prefer the one at Juru Auto City. This times, they disappointed us again !!! My friend had call them and make the booking around few weeks early. When we reach there, the manager try to tell us that she can’t find the booking records. After five minutes, she told us that they make a mistake on the booking date. They said the booking date should be next week, my friend very sure that she is keep repeat the booking date with the reception. How can this happened. So I need to having my dinner outside the restaurant and some more it was rainy. What a romantic birthday celebration. Actually I very unhappy with it !!!!

Tai Tong Restaurant 大东酒楼 @ Lebuh Cintra, Penang. 16 August 2009
- Tai Tong Restaurant is a old dim sum house (老茶楼), they got around 60 years in history. I like here not because of their history, but because of the nice food and they still can maintain the quality till now.
- Normally I like to visit Tai Tong during night session, feel like the dim sum is more “fresh”. My dad claim that during his morning session visits, the dim sum seem like not so fresh. May be due to night session they can’t finish selling it, they leave it until morning session. This is my assumption only !!!
鸿图面
- Not much of Penang people know about “鸿图面”, this is a cantonese dish. I had introduce it to some of my friends before. They like it so much. I will rather said “鸿图面” is a poor people ‘鱼翅“, the “law”/soup comprise of crab meat,egg and others seafood. So far I only like the “鸿图面” from Tai Tong and 桃园茶楼（Tao Yuan Restaurant).

Mun Lock Hooi Coffee Shop Chu Cha 煮炒

- The chef of this chu cha stall is my dad old old friend. My father always said want to visit his friend and due to timing, from few years till now, finally we go to try his friend chu cha.
- Overall we all quite satisfy with the foods and total bills was quite cheap. I heard my dad said that his Char Hor Fun (炒河粉) was great. May be next time will try the char hor fun with others dish.

- Yummy yummy, the taste was great !!!

- My family favorite dishes, is a must have if we having chu cha at outside.
Clay Pot Tau Fu
- Another must have if we having chu cha at outside. The clay pot tau fu portions was quite large. Full of meats and mushrooms.
Louis Cafe

- My colleagues celebrate my manager and my birthday at Louis Cafe. Before visit to Louis Cafe, I thought that this is a very small size restaurant. Quite surprise that they got a big room at up stair, which can fit around 20 persons and you can having your karaoke session there. During lunch time, they got a set lunch which cost RM 23.90 nett.
- The set lunch included soup of the day, one main course: special chicken chop,old classic fish fillet, grilled hawaiian chicken , black pepper fish and holland chicken , beverage: ice lemon/peach tea and free ice-cream.

- The mushroom soup was not bad, but the Smoky Jack Ribs and Steak House mushroom soup….still my favorite. But I love the bread on top, which is quite crispy.

- As I can see, Ferringhi Garden Restaurant diners, most of them are tourists. So the foods price will be a bit expensive due to the market targets. The environment was great, more closer to natural style. When you walk in to the restaurant, you will feel that you are walking toward to a “gardens”. Two thumbs up for the interior concept.
