Presgrave Street Hawker Centre (三条路小贩中心)
Presgrave Street Hawker Centre @ Penang. 09 May 2009
- Quite long time never visit Presgrave Street Hawker Centre, due to limited parking lot there. Before revisit there, I totally lost my memory about the food here is nice or not. I order the Ice Kacang, surprising it was tasty than the one at new world food court. Today our main target is Hokkien Mee. As usual I will add on Xiu Yok (烧肉). The Hokkien Mee was not bad, but I still prefer the Green House one. We order another side dish-fried oyster,the fried oyster was a bit “wet” but quite tasty.

老良记烧腊鸭饭餐室 @ Kampung Baru 住在大山脚和北海一带的，闻名的有鲁乃陈记烧鸭粥专卖店. 但是我比较喜欢的是鲁乃坤泰琵琶鸭饮食店。 还有这间店的自制板面也是不赖的。 槟城最著名的是日升香港烧鸭饭，一年前吃过一次。没有以前那么好吃了。太著名了，要维持原本的味蕾和标准真的有点难。 幸好我喜爱的Pekaka Happy Cafe 鸭饭，还是那么好吃。 大山脚最好吃的应该是老良记烧腊鸭饭餐室。老良记的烧鸭和叉焼是一定要试的。烧鸭皮脆肉香，叉焼,焼到有点焼焦的样子.咬下口有一层薄薄的油。 超有感觉的口感。其实我只品尝过这里的叉焼二次，每次去都卖完了。 吃不吃得到就看缘份了。燒臘醬汁只是一般，没什么特别。 怎样到达老良记烧腊鸭饭餐室 ？ 我又忘了记录 ＧＰＳ ｌｏｃａｔｉｏｎ。 其实蛮间单的，就在点心城的对面， 靠近巴杀的方向。中午和晚上都有开档。星期六没开。

海南沙爹 Hai Nam Satay @ Bangkok Lane, Penang. 06 June 2010 吃的不是海南沙爹是人情味 这档沙爹营业时间是星期二，四，六早晨。 想试很久了。 总是抽不到时间。 今天终于心血来潮。 我在打包的时侯，己经有几个人在等侯。 从他们的闲谈中发现其中一人是从大山脚来的。 心想他从老远来到这里， 不会差到那里吧。 打包回家可能热度退了，口感不一样了。 应该站在那边品尝新鲜出炉的沙爹， 那会是另一番味道。 感觉上猪肉有点硬，酱料很普通。 可能下一次可以试一试他的烤面包。 希望不会再让我感到失望。

Super Hokkien Mee @ Burmah Road, Penang. 05 June 2010 福建面应该列入世遗！福建人，广东人，潮州人，客家人都会吃。再看看广东人的鸿图面，连他们自己都不知道这是一道什么莱。还好，我老爸教会我吃。 这档福建面，应该有吃过。以前就在我学院的对面。味道我也忘了，只记得要等很久。有时我把等待当做是考验毅力，连等待都没耐心，怎样做大事。可是为了一碗福建面等了45 分钟，有点过分。在香港我用了四十分钟享用点心，大便都可以出来了。还要等，不是吧。 味道方面，汤的虾味绝对新鲜可口。虾肉只给了一点点。如果是整只的话，那就接近完美。想想而己，福建面的虾片，给一点点就够了。这才算是正宗的福建面。如果你是超锇的话，本人还是劝告你。莫等待。。。。。。我的青春小乌一去不回来。
