- 头上有青天,烧腊在眼前。从来都没见过老板停过手。这里的叉烧绝对是经典也是我的最愛。味道绝对独特,别无分行。烧焦的部分特别有味道。总是听别人说吃太多烧焦的部分容易染上癌症。特别是那种烧到好橡火炭一样的黑。人生苦短,没那么容易死吧。更何况我很少吃。

Super Hokkien Mee @ Burmah Road, Penang. 05 June 2010 福建面应该列入世遗!福建人,广东人,潮州人,客家人都会吃。再看看广东人的鸿图面,连他们自己都不知道这是一道什么莱。还好,我老爸教会我吃。 这档福建面,应该有吃过。以前就在我学院的对面。味道我也忘了,只记得要等很久。有时我把等待当做是考验毅力,连等待都没耐心,怎样做大事。可是为了一碗福建面等了45 分钟,有点过分。在香港我用了四十分钟享用点心,大便都可以出来了。还要等,不是吧。 味道方面,汤的虾味绝对新鲜可口。虾肉只给了一点点。如果是整只的话,那就接近完美。想想而己,福建面的虾片,给一点点就够了。这才算是正宗的福建面。如果你是超锇的话,本人还是劝告你。莫等待。。。。。。我的青春小乌一去不回来。
