Yong Tau Fu (酿豆腐)

    Today want to having a more simple dinner. Before go to cinema we went to Restaurant Kampar Fish Jell to have our dinner. Seem like a lot people is ordering the roasted chicken (纸包鸡) and Mee Hakka (客家面). I should try this two food during my next visit, As usual I just order the Yong Tau Fu. Yau Tau Fu here is a bit pure(清), but the taste was nice. Quite some times not visit this shop, now they separate out the 炸腐皮 at separate plate. This way make the 炸腐皮 more tasty, if directly put inside the soup, the taste will be so so only. Fried food always nice, but is the one make you always sick too !!!!
